The regular meeting of the Winston Park Homeowners Association took place on August 5th, 2024. The meeting commenced at 7:30 PM and was hosted by Vice President Smith.

A detailed review of the notes from the previous meeting was presented.

Following the approval of the minutes, several items were reviewed including:

• Neighborhood beautification projects
• Changes to existing rules and regulations
• Reports on current maintenance activities

The meeting terminated at 8:00 PM.

The next meeting is scheduled for November 9th, 2023. All residents are requested to attend.
